Elkridge: (July 03, 2018) Center for Social Change hosted this year’s Annual Summer Carnival on the 3rd of July. The entire area was decorated for the celebration of Independence Day with American flags, streamers, and table cloths. Everyone enjoyed music, face painting, and games such as the Quarterback Toss, Cannonball Air blaster, Basketball Challenge, Potty Toss, & Duck Pond! All enjoyed dunking others in the Royal Flush Tank to help them cool off for the day! There were amazing temporary tattoos, glittery stickers, and balloon creations such as fancy hats and props made by the Carnival Showman. A photographer captured the vibrant celebrations with many posing with Uncle Sam Hats, festive headband boppers, and various balloon creations. After all the games and activities, everyone enjoyed a delicious, catered barbecue that included hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, and much more!
