Center for Social Change, Inc. is a licensed provider for a variety of waiver programs within the state of Maryland. The latest addition to our high quality licensed services is the opening of Rising Sun Assisted Living I, II, & III.

As a licensed provider under the Home and Community Based Options Waiver (previously recognized as the Older Adult Waiver), we provide assisted living services to the medically needy older adult population. Our program is designed to promote independence to older adults within the community through therapeutic services including but not limited to medical, recreational, spiritual, and social provisions. Our clinical team coordinates medical care to ensure optimal health and functionality for all. Center for Social Change’s unique approach to reach life goals for each individual served will not only bring joy, it will help families experience the compassion and commitment of others in the world today.
