Supported Employment

CSC provides vocational services, supported employment and volunteer services to individuals with developmental disabilities. These individuals are intellectually at a higher functioning level.

Vocational Services include vocational assessment activities, job training, work skill training and placement programs, training in social skills, safety skills, and work-related hygiene training skills. CSC provides vocational services at a minimum of 220 days per year, 5 days per week, 6 hours a day excluding commuting time to individuals in a structured classroom set up with job coaches, instructors and employment specialists. Over the years, CSC’s vocational program has trained many individuals for gaining supported employment. CSC currently has several projects in an “Incubator” form where our individuals are employed.
